Behavioral Support Services FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

Little Steps ABA currently operates on a private-pay basis and does not accept insurance. We believe in working collaboratively with families to provide individualized behavioral and sleep support tailored to their needs.

Do you offer in-person and/or telehealth sessions?

Yes! Little Steps ABA offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, depending on your family's needs, location, and the type of services being provided. We strive to make our services accessible and convenient while ensuring that each family receives individualized support. Telehealth sessions allow families to receive guidance and support from the comfort of their own home, while in-person sessions provide opportunities for hands-on support when appropriate.

How is payment accepted?

Payments are processed securely through our electronic health record (EHR) system that is PCI DSS compliant. Families will receive instructions on how to submit payments electronically, making the process simple and convenient. All fees and payment expectations will be discussed before services begin.

Are my family's records and information confidential?

Yes! We prioritize your family's privacy by using a secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system designed to protect your information. Our system supports HIPAA compliance, HITRUST certification, and PCI DSS compliance to help safeguard your personal details and treatment records.

Do I need a diagnosis for my child to receive services?

No! A formal diagnosis is not always necessary to receive our support. We work with families to understand their concerns and determine which services best fit their child's individual needs and goals.

What is your cancellation policy?

Before services begin, we will review our cancellation policy and scheduling expectations with families, ensuring that everyone understands our procedures and expectations.
